1. Payment details visible on invoices you send.
You can update the account information that appears on invoices you send to your clients under "Settings" > "Business Information." Simply go to the "Bank & Payment" section and update your details there.
2. How to update the card details for your subscription
If you want to start paying for your Debitoor subscription with a new debit or credit card, you can easily update your card details from within your Debitoor profile.
To update your card details, follow the steps below:
Log in to Debitoor from a browser
Click on 'Settings'
Select 'Plans & Pricing'
Under ‘Payment Method’, you’ll see your payment information – including the last four digits of the card you currently use to pay for your subscription and the date your subscription is due to expire.
Click on ‘Change’
Enter your card number, your name (exactly as it's written on your debit or credit card), the expiry date, and the CVV (the three-digit security code on the back of your card)
Please note that if you purchased your subscription through the Debitoor iOS app, you pay through the App Store and therefore can’t change your billing information from the Debitoor web app. Instead, you will need to make changes through the App Store.
