Debitoor sends your subscription invoices to the email address you provided at registration. If you'd like to change this email address or your company details, go to your company profile by clicking 'Settings' in the top right corner, selecting 'Settings' from the drop-down menu, then clicking on 'Plans & pricing'.

There you will see details about your current plan as well as the billing data you entered. You can also change the email address and/or company details to which your invoices for your Debitoor account are sent.

If you pay your Debitoor subscription by direct debit, it may take a few days after the direct debit until you receive the invoice via email. The invoice will not be issued until we have received your payment and it has been registered as successful.
Under "Payment history" you can download and view all of your Debitoor subscription invoices and see to what extent you have already used up your invoice quota.
